ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

In order to be considered for the Latin American Fashion Awards, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Applicants must be from the Dominican Republic.
2. Applicants must work in the Fashion Industry. Including: Designers, Photographers, Directors, Models, Fashion Stylists, Hair Stylists, Makeup Artists and Influential Personalities.
3. Applicants must be active in their position for at least 3 years.
4. Applicants must prove recognition from local and/or international media.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Applications will be reviewed under the following criteria:

1. Alignment with Latin American Fashion Awards core values: Diversity, Inclusion, Environment, People, Community & Craftsmanship. 
2. Creative merit: demonstrating a strong aesthetic, identity and point of distinctiveness.
3. Influential personality that promotes, supports and empowers the Dominican Republic in the world. 
4. Innovative contribution to the growth of the Dominican fashion ecosystem. 
5. Degree of regional and/or international media presence and recognition.
6. Quality and completion of application form.

*All Dominican Talent living in the country and around the world are eligible for the Award.
