Recognized by Forbes Italia as one of Italy’s most influential women, Argentinian-born creative director and entrepreneur Constanza Cavalli Etro has cultivated an illustrious 25-year career defined by her visionary talent to conceive and launch groundbreaking platforms that have reshaped the global fashion and creative industries.
From Mexico City to Milan, Constanza has consistently anticipated cultural shifts and industry needs, founding projects that have become international benchmarks. She founded and served as Fashion Editor of Fashion Week Mexico for over a decade, championing emerging Latin American designers long before their global recognition. After relocating to Milan, she created the Fashion Film Festival Milano, one of the world’s most respected institutions at the intersection of fashion and cinema. Her refined curatorial vision has attracted some of the industry’s most revered creative leaders, including Giorgio Armani, Pierpaolo Piccioli, Maria Grazia Chiuri, and the late Franca Sozzani. Her platform has brought together the most sophisticated and culturally engaged voices in the fashion ecosystem, promoting inclusivity, sustainability, and women’s empowerment long before these became industry imperatives.
In 2023, she put her experience, vision, and global network at the service of Latin American talent and launched the Latin American Fashion Awards, establishing the first global platform dedicated to celebrating Latin American creativity, where she serves as Creative Director and President. The initiative generated unprecedented worldwide media impact, elevating Latin American culture on the world stage with the support of cultural icons such as Donatella Versace and Haider Ackermann.
In recognition of her groundbreaking global work, she was appointed the first-ever Ambassador for Latin America by the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, marking a historic milestone for the prestigious institution. Constanza is also a member of the CFDA Fashion Guild and serves on the Camera Moda Fashion Trust Advisory Board. Throughout her career, she has received multiple prestigious awards and international recognitions, while her work and influence have been featured in some of the world’s most authoritative publications including Vogue Italia, WWD, Vogue Mexico, and ELLE USA, further cementing her role as a cultural force with global reach.

Silvia Argüello is a creative visionary and entrepreneur whose passion is deeply rooted in contemporary art, social impact, and Latin American culture. Born in the United States to Cuban-Nicaraguan heritage, Silvia brings over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry across Paris and Milan, where she worked alongside renowned designers such as Emanuel Ungaro and Giambattista Valli and built her own fashion label.
Throughout her career, Silvia has received prestigious international recognitions and led numerous notable projects. She founded the fashion label Rosa Clandestino, which was selected by Vogue Italia for the “Who’s on Next” award. She also worked alongside the United Nations, AltaRoma, and Vogue Italia to create the “Fashion Freedom for Africa” initiative, supporting the emancipation of African women in Kenya. Silvia further served as Creative Director for the National Chamber of Italian Leather’s exhibition at the prestigious Triennale di Milano Design Museum, as well as for the “World of Alcantara” collection, presented in Los Angeles.
After 25 years in Europe working in the fashion industry, Silvia returned to the Americas to launch the Latin American Fashion Awards, where she has served as CEO and Creative Director since 2019. In this role, she remains dedicated to spotlighting the richness and talent of Latin American creatives on a global stage.
In alignment with her commitment to art and cultural empowerment, Silvia also serves on the board of the Instituto Cader de Arte Centroamericano at the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid.

Former Editor at Large and Creative Consultant for Vogue Japan, Anna is one of the most influential fashion journalists in the world and one of the first to create a personal brand of herself.
Dello Russo worked in Condè Nast Italia Group for 18 years, starting as a Fashion Editor for Vogue Italia and becoming Editor in Chief of L’Uomo Vogue from 2000 to 2006. In 2006 she became Creative Director of Vogue Japan where she worked until 2020.
Anna is a fashion consultant for renowned fashion brands and works with social media which she has turned into a successful career in Street Style.

INTERNATIONAL BRAND AMBASSADOR CAMERA NAZIONALE DELLA MODA ITALIANA
Creative Director of the Fondazione Sozzani. Sara Sozzani Maino collaborates with many educational institutions and serves on several boards working and creating awareness for a more responsible planet. She is part of the advisory board of the Circular Fashion Summit, in support of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
To date she is Educational & Scouting Advisor for Vogue Italia, and foundes in 2009 with Franca Sozzani, Vogue Talents. Vogue Talents has been a worldwide project and network supporting independent creative talent.
In collaboration with Altaroma, she curates, since 2005, the “Who is on Next?” competition in support of “Made in Italy”. She regularly attends as a Judge and Consultant in several fashion competitions, including LVMH Prize, the Woolmark Prize, Fashion Trust Arabia, International Talent Support (ITS) and many others. Since September 2018, she has been International Brand Ambassador of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana in support of the new generation of designers. She is also part of Camera Fashion Trust founded in 2018 in support of made in Italy designers. In 2019 she launched A New Awareness, a project that aims to create more awareness and consciousness to the younger generation. In May 2021 she received the Positive Change Award from Monte Carlo Fashion Week.
Since 2021, as Creative Director of the Fondazione Sozzani, Sara Sozzani Maino has curated and coordinated projects dedicated to education, responsibility and the next generation of creatives.

Argentinian model and influencer, Candela Pelizza started her career in Italy and traveled the world modeling for the biggest fashion brands such as Marni, Marras, Pucci, Cavalli, Kenzo, Vera Wang and many more. Candela also collaborated with top photographers such as Bruce Weber, Deborah Turbeville, Michel Comte and Nathaniel Goldberg.
Pelizza became “It Girl” at grazia.it and soon started her regular fashion column «Candela Meets…» at RedMilk magazine where she interviewed influential personalities from the art, fashion, music and design industries.
Candela collaborates as Digital Creative Director and influencer for luxury brands such as Bulgari, Sergio Rossi, Loewe, Valentino, Roger Vivier, Estée Lauder and Calvin Klein.
