ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

In order to be considered for Latin American Fashion Awards, Designer must meet the following criteria:

1. Latin American origin.
2. Be Creative Director/Head Designer and/or majority owner of the brand.
3. Established and active fashion business for a minimum of 10 years.
4. Produced at least 20 collections throughout their career.
5. Company or brand must be legally registered and active.
6. Collection must fall into one or more of the following categories:
   Womenswear, Menswear, Accessories and/or Gender Inclusive.
7. Prove recognition from local and international media.
8. At least 10 international stockists and/or sell direct-to-consumer.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Applications will be reviewed under the following criteria:

1. Alignment with Latin American Fashion Awards core values: Diversity, Inclusion, Environment, People, Community & Craftsmanship.
2. Creative merit: demonstrating a strong aesthetic, identity and point of distinctiveness.
3. Contribution to the growth of the Latin American fashion ecosystem, ie. heritage
   preservation, production, distribution, job creation, raw materials.
4. Provide collateral material from the three latest collections, such as: Lookbooks, Fashion Films, Videos and Fashion Show Presentations.
5. Quality and level of stockists internationally.
6. Degree of regional and international media presence and recognition.
7. Quality and completion of application form.

Notes:
*All Latin American designers living in the region and around the world are eligible for the Award.
